Resolve test-case references

https://{tenant}.katalon.io/v2/tm/test-cases/{id}/references

Resolves test-case URIs without creating call links. The caller and resolved cases must belong to the authenticated project.
resolve returns a relative content URL; prefix it with /v2/tm on your tenant host.
resolve_content returns flow content. Each result matches the input order.
Requires the TestCase:Read permission.
