Returns a page of activity evidence in the specified project. Requires
TestRun:Read. Filter by sourceType and sourceId together: for EXECUTION,
sourceId is the external TestOps run ID; for TEST_CASE_RESULT, it is the
manual result ID. EXECUTION_TEST_CASE identifies read-only version audit
for an execution-local occurrence. The response does not include
sourceType, so retain your request's source context. Comments and
attachments can contain sensitive customer content.
