Returns the task status and any output that is available.
Only the user who created the task can get it.
For document exports, inspect output.firstItem after status becomes SUCCEED.
The API adds downloadUrl only when the export is ready and its artifact has not expired.
Download URLs expire separately from artifact retention. Request the task again for a fresh URL.
WARNING: Keep download URLs private. Do not write them to logs.
