Replaces the environment's settings; this is not a partial update. name and
value are required. The name must be nonblank and at most 30 characters;
longer names return 400 environment.name.exceed.max-length, as on create.
Omitted description and label are cleared, and omitted isDefault becomes
false. You cannot move an environment to another AUT. The call also updates
the TrueTest environment. Requires the Aut:Update permission.
