List custom-field values

Returns a page of assigned custom-field values in the selected project.
Select an entity with entityId and entityType inside q, or select a definition with definitionId.
You can add definitionId to an entity selector to narrow the result.
Use textual and between comparisons. A semicolon can return 400 with a missing-selector message.

For an entity selector, use the permission that matches its type:

  • TEST_CASE: Requires the TestCase:Read permission.
  • EXECUTION, TEST_SCHEDULE, or EXECUTION_TEST_RESULT: Requires the TestRun:Read permission.
The selected entity must belong to the project in x-project-id.
A definition selector uses the Admin definition ID replicated to Test Management.

Each content item is one typed value, not a definition or a grouped values array.
Get a test case returns Feature Area and Test Type, not these modern custom-field values.
After a field clear, no value items remain for that field and entity.

Query Params
string
required

Use singular, case-sensitive selectors: entityId and entityType together, or definitionId.
Put selectors inside q, not separate query parameters. URL-encode spaces and comparisons.
For example, use entityId==456 and entityType==TEST_CASE, or definitionId==101.
Use textual and, not a semicolon, between comparisons.
