Returns dataset metadata for one ID in the current project.
The response includes linked cases, Storage artifact status, and a content reference.
Storage can leave artifact status null when it cannot return the status.
When signed, the content reference grants read access or read and write access based on your permissions.
If the signer cannot create a reference, only the durable uri is returned; the other fields are null.
Dataset rows stay in Storage.
Requires the TestCase:Read permission.
