Link a dataset to a test case

https://{tenant}.katalon.io/v2/tm/test-cases//data/binding

Links the test case to one dataset or changes its current dataset link.
The test case and dataset must belong to the current project.
rowSelection accepts all; null or blank values also use all.
The API rejects links when one test case calls another test case linked to a dataset.
It checks both call directions and the full call chain.
Requires the TestCase:Update permission.
Requires the TestCase:Read permission.
