Returns execution-grain progress and bound-case summaries without
iteration rows. totalExecutions counts iterations and unbound
case-environment pairs, not test cases.
Use this operation for data-bound iteration progress, not general run
progress. Data-binding settings affect whether iteration rows exist.
Requires the TestRun:Read permission.
