Returns an array of synchronized defects matching the integration and summary query, not a paginated search or a defect-by-ID read. Requires access to an active ALM connection in the project. Supply the required integrationId from GET /v2/alm/connections/integrations, not an external-connections ID; the integration must belong to this project.
