Activate saved schedules

https://{tenant}.katalon.io/v2/schedules/activate

Activates the saved schedules in the current project. Activation changes schedule
status; it does not start a test run. ids contains run-configuration IDs. Send a
nonempty comma-separated list with no more than 100 IDs.

Requires the TestRun:Update permission.
