Lists non-archived organizations in the account selected by x-account-id.
An optional numeric accountId filter only narrows results within that
account. For this field, use only EQ with one numeric value; an omitted
operator also defaults to EQ. An id filter still returns a list with
data and total. Requires the Organization:Read permission.
