Lists non-archived definitions for the current or system account. To get one
definition, filter id with EQ; the response is still
{data: [...], total: N}. The default sort is fieldType ascending, then
updatedAt descending.
Use the definition id when you assign values to test cases. Dropdown values
use the option UUID (fieldOptions[].uuid). Option edits through Update a
custom-field definition use the numeric option ID (fieldOptions[].id).
Requires the CustomField:Read permission.
