Returns the dataset binding, variable diagnostics, and iteration count for a test case.
The test case must belong to the current project.
Read dataset rows from Storage with the dataset's content reference.
The count uses every dataset row, even when some rows do not supply a case variable.
The iteration count is null while Storage reports a save in progress or cannot return status.
An unbound case has status UNBOUND.
Requires the TestCase:Read permission.
