Returns the AUTs linked to the project in x-project-id and their selectable
environments, for starting a manual run. Each environment has its ID and
application URL. For TrueTest-enabled AUTs, only data-tracking environments
are returned, and a failed TrueTest lookup can hide them. If TrueTest
readiness fails, truetestInfo can be null.
Requires the Execution:Read permission.
