Create an AUT environment

Creates an environment for an active AUT in the account. autId is a string
in this request, for example "123". Name, value, description, and label are
trimmed. The name must be nonblank and at most 30 characters; longer names
return 400 environment.name.exceed.max-length. Setting isDefault to
"true" clears the default on the AUT's other environments.

The call also creates a TrueTest environment, even when the AUT is not
TrueTest-enabled. That TrueTest environment then blocks Archive an AUT
environment. Environments are part of the AUT, so this call requires the
Aut:Update permission.
