Restores a prior snapshot as the latest version of a case in the authenticated project.
The selected version must belong to that case. The latest version cannot restore itself.
The repository must support the restore and publication path; repository readiness can prevent the write.
The response contains the latest version, not a promise that repository publication has finished.
Requires the TestCase:Update permission.
