Returns the current result first, then superseded results from newest to
oldest. Each result keeps its own text, attachment metadata, and defect
links. The audit list is oldest first.
A manual status change uses MANUAL_OVERRIDE; it is distinct from a
re-execution. Secret-sourced result values are masked.
Requires the TestRun:Read permission.
