Links an active AUT in the account to the project in x-project-id. Send
autId as an integer; the project comes from the header, not the body. If an
active link already exists, the call returns 400 aut.project.already.exists.
The call also configures TrueTest. Save the returned data.id; it is the link
ID. Requires the Aut:Create permission.
