List stored artifact metadata

https://{tenant}.katalon.io/v2/storage/artifacts

Returns nonarchived artifact metadata in the account and project,
ordered by creation time, newest first. Pending and failed uploads
can appear as well as completed artifacts. This reference requires
project context. The service also accepts an omitted project header
for artifacts, but that lists projectless artifacts only, not artifacts
across all projects. No request body is used.

Optional RSQL filter. A blank value adds no filter. Filter by status,
mimeType, filename, createdAt ranges, or createdBy. Snake-case selectors
such as mime_type are converted to the corresponding entity field. For example,
status==COMPLETED or mime_type==application/pdf. Filters only narrow
the account, project, and file kind selected by the request.
