Archives an environment. Fails with cannot.delete.env.enabled.truetest if
TrueTest has a matching environment. A newly created environment can already
have one, because create also creates a TrueTest environment even when the AUT
is not TrueTest-enabled. This call does not delete the TrueTest environment.
Archiving the whole AUT, when allowed, archives its environments and links
too, so do not archive an AUT only to remove one environment.
A missing, archived, or out-of-account environment returns 404
aut.not.found. An invalid parent AUT can return 400 aut.not.found.
Environments are part of the AUT, so this call requires the Aut:Update
permission.
