Records a triage status for this iteration without rerunning its steps.
The action changes the current attempt in place and adds a
MANUAL_OVERRIDE audit entry; it does not create a re-execution.
You can mark an iteration after the run ends. An aborted run cannot be
marked. A nonblank reason is appended to the actual-result text.
Requires the TestRun:Update permission.
