Checks that baseContentHash still matches the dataset.
When signed, the response grants read and write access.
If the signer cannot create a reference, the response contains only the durable uri.
This request does not change dataset metadata or content.
Send the saved content to Storage, then report its metadata with PATCH.
A save returns 409 if the stored content hash no longer matches baseContentHash.
Requires the TestCase:Update permission.
