Lists AUT-project links in the account. The list is not limited to the
project in x-project-id. To find a project's link, filter projectId and
autId. To get one link, filter id with EQ. The link id is the link ID,
not the AUT ID. The response is a list with total.
Requires the Aut:Read permission.
